If selected for the marathon or 5k, how would you like your athlete's team to be organized?

Our family will organize a team captain and four additional runners taking on full responsibility of requirements and fundraising.

We would like Casey's Clubhouse and Always B Smiling to help organize our relay team.

Can your athlete sit for an extended period of time?

Yes. For the 5k, they can sit for 20-40 minutes unchecked.

Yes. For the Marathon, they can sit for up to 5 hours without being checked.

Yes. For the Marathon, they can sit for up to 5 hours, but we will need to check on them at various relay exchange stations throughout the race.

I understand that Pittsburgh Marathon Weekend is both an opportunity for my athlete to participate and a fundraiser benefiting Casey's Clubhouse and Always B Smiling. Our family agrees to help support the fundraising efforts, even if Casey's Clubhouse and Always B Smiling organize our athlete's relay team or 5k runner.

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee my athlete a spot in Pittsburgh Marathon Weekend. Casey's Clubhouse and Always B Smiling will contact families with additional information and next steps.
